Maayo Leisure Group invites selected culinary and hospitality schools to take part in an exciting challenge that celebrates Cebuano, Filipino, and Visayan food heritage reimagined through contemporary techniques, creativity, and storytelling. ANI – “Old Recipes. New Fire." Reimagine Filipino and Visayan heritage through local ingredients and contemporary techniques, with an emphasis on fire, smoke, ember, and char. UMA – “Familiar Flavors. Freshly Baked." Bring Cebuano comfort and nostalgia to life through breads, pastries, and desserts inspired by local ingredients and traditional flavors.
